These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PRIBET Group Guinea-Bissau (“PRIBET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our company or any of our subsidiaries, clients, partners, or users (“you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
PRIBET Group Guinea-Bissau offers a range of services through its divisions, including but not limited to:
Construction and civil engineering
Renewable energy solutions and installations
Technology and IT support
Export and import logistics
Travel and tourism services
Specific service agreements or contracts may outline more detailed terms per division.
All service engagements must be formalized through written agreements signed by both parties.
Quotations or estimates provided are subject to change based on client requirements and material cost fluctuations.
PRIBET reserves the right to decline or terminate a service agreement based on feasibility, safety, or legal compliance.
Payments are to be made in accordance with the agreed terms specified in the contract or invoice.
Delayed payments may attract interest charges or suspension of services until payments are fulfilled.
All payments must be made in the designated currency and through authorized payment channels.
All confidential or proprietary information exchanged between PRIBET and its clients must be handled with strict confidentiality. Neither party may disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
All project plans, software, branding, designs, and documents created by PRIBET remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRIBET guarantees that services will be rendered with due skill, care, and professionalism.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our products or services, third-party interference, or force majeure events.
Warranties (where applicable) are detailed in each service contract.
Clients may cancel service agreements with written notice, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
PRIBET may terminate agreements if the client breaches terms, fails to pay, or engages in unlawful activity.
In case of early termination, completed work or incurred costs must be compensated.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be submitted to mediation or arbitration under the laws of Guinea-Bissau.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
PRIBET reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
